Maryland Community Connection

Maryland Community Connection (MCC) is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization in our 10th year of operation. MCC was formed in 2001 with the mission of assisting individuals with developmental disabilities achieve their goals.

MCC exists to support individuals with developmental disabilities in having opportunities for inclusion in the community thru employment and community participation.

MCC provides supported employment, low intensity support services, services of short duration, family individual support services, and community supported living arrangements for individuals with developmental disabilities. Annually staff and volunteers work diligently to ensure the success of this organization.

The mission of Maryland Community Connection is primarily to establish, operate, and maintain services in the community for individuals with developmental disabilities. Through trained, qualified, and fairly compensated staff, Maryland Community Connection services will assist each person to achieve a greater degree of social and economic independence and reduce the need for subsidized lifestyles. Maryland Community Connection policy requires that these services be provided to eligible Maryland participants without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, gender, or marital status.
